Comfortable gîte ideally located 6 minutes' walk from the sea, beach, hiking trails, cycle paths and restaurants.

Primavera is a brand-new holiday cottage featuring large south-facing windows that open onto a wooden deck and a 500-square-meter garden with trees, set on a 4,000-square-meter property shared with the owners. The large trees will provide shade from the summer heat. A garage is available for storing bikes, windsurf boards, surfboards, etc. Parking for 1 or 2 cars on the property.
Ground floor: living room with open-concept kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x200 cm bed), bathroom/toilet, separate toilet, and garage/laundry room.
Upper floor: 2 large attic bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 cm beds).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair/stair gate + kids’ toys, board games, badminton set, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges...).
Not included: Electric heating, electricity (over 10 kWh/day, €0.30/kWh), tourist tax.
To be arranged with the owner, optional: sheets (€12/person), towels (€5/person), full linens kit (€15/person), end-of-stay cleaning €80.

Foodies will be delighted: just 5 minutes away is the famous 2-star Restaurant "Anne de Bretagne," and 10 minutes away are "Le Restaurant Panoramique de la Prée" and "Le Petit Mousse."
A 10-minute walk from the holiday cottage, you can buy oysters and mussels at the shellfish farm in the Marais de La Plaine-sur-Sea.

There are also many activities nearby: windsurfing, sailing, sea kayaking, boating, shellfish gathering, walking or cycling tours, and horseback riding. Fishing gear rental available. Bike rentals available a 10-minute walk from the holiday cottage; horseback riding center a 15-minute walk away.
The hiking trail starts right in front of the holiday cottage, and the coastal paths are 400 m away. A bike path begins just a few meters from the holiday cottage—a real plus for vacationers who bring their own bikes! Joalland Beach on Boulevard de la Tara is 400 m away, and Préfailles’ Grande Plage is 2 km away. Pornic, with its port and beaches, is 8 km away.
