Primavera is a brand-new holiday cottage with large south-facing windows opening onto a wooden terrace and a 500 m² garden planted with trees, on a 4000 m² plot shared with the owners. The large trees will protect you from the summer heat. Garage for storing bikes, windsurfers, surfboards, etc. Parking for 1 or 2 cars on the property. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 140x200), bathroom/wc, separate toilet and garage/laundry room. First floor: 2 large attic bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90x200). Equipment included: wifi, baby bed/chair/stair rail + kids' games, board games, badminton set.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity (over 10 kw/d, 0.30 €/kw), tourist tax. To be agreed with the owner, optional extras: bed linen (12€/person), towels (5€/person), complete linen kit (15€/person), end-of-stay cleaning 80 €.

Gourmets will be delighted to find the famous 2-star "Anne de Bretagne" restaurant 5 minutes away, or "Le Restaurant Panoramique de la Prée" and "Le Petit Mousse" 10 minutes away. 10 minutes' walk from the Holiday cottage, you can buy oysters and mussels in the Marais de La Plaine s/Mer shellfish farming area. Also, many activities nearby: windsurfing, sailing, sea kayaking, sailing, fishing, sightseeing tours on foot or by bike, horseback riding. Fishing boats for hire. Bicycle hire available 10 minutes' walk from the Holiday cottage, equestrian center 15 minutes' walk away. Hiking trails start in front of the Holiday cottage, coastal paths 400 m away. A cycle path starts just a few metres from the Holiday cottage, a great option for holidaymakers bringing their bikes! Joalland beach on boulevard de la Tara is 400 m away, and Préfailles' Grande Beach is 2 km away. Pornic, its port and beaches, 8 km away.
