A former farmhouse renovated into two semi-detached holiday cottages (total capacity: 11 people), located in the quiet countryside, 5 km from the Nantes–Brest Canal, 20 km from Lake Vioreau, 35 km from Ancenis, and 40 km from Nantes (accessible by tram/train from the Nort-sur-Erdre station).
Private parking on the property.
Private 72 m² terrace (southeast-facing), open-air, with unobstructed views of the surrounding Countryside.
Ground floor: living room with open-concept fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be joined), bathroom, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upper floor: 2 attic bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds) and a bathroom with toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, 1 standing fan, crib/high chair, and clothes dryer.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival).
