Private parking on the property. 500 m² unfenced garden with terrace (south/west facing), with barbecue/plancha. Ground floor: bright living room with open kitchen (Nespresso machine), storeroom, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room and separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x200 with en-suite bathroom, 2: bed 160x200 with en-suite shower room) and separate WC.
