This listed 18th-century granite farmhouse has been recently renovated. It perfectly combines the authenticity of Breton stone with the modernity of its wood and zinc outbuilding.
Attractive 5000 m² enclosed garden planted with oak and pine trees (terrace under construction).
Ground floor: large, warm living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (each with a 160x200 bed and private shower room/wc) with access to a terrace overlooking the garden, laundry area. Possibility of an additional bedroom with 160x200 bed (please consult us for supplement).
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, cot/chair, tumble dryer.
Included: electricity, electric underfloor heating, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels/household linen.
Not included: tourist tax and compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€150).
Pets allowed: €20/night (€100 deposit).

Steph chambres spacieuses
Nous avons séjourné un week-end chez Katell et nous en sommes ravies. Sa longère est très bien aménagé, pratique et fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et surtout bien situé (Petit plus pour le calme et le confort des chambres, petit moins pour le forfait ménage un peu onéreux).
