O'Pool Sud

O'Pool Sud is an old farmhouse renovated as a gîte in 2023, located in the small town of Nort sur Erdre (shops and restaurants on foot), 200 m from the banks of the Erdre (water sports), 30 km from Nantes and Ancenis (owners' house nearby). It features all modern conveniences while preserving the authenticity of the building. Parking on the property. Other 13-person Holiday cottage on site.
Private terrace in the shade of the fig tree (facing east) and access to a 600 m² enclosed garden shared with the other Holiday cottage, with swing and table tennis. Animal enclosure (sheep, hens, geese) on the property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, spacious bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room and separate WC (1 step between living and sleeping areas).
Mezzanine: 1 open attic bedroom with 160x200 bed.
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/bath/changing table.
Electric heating and electricity included.
Not included: bed linen + towels + bathrobes (compulsory 15€/pers.), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (80€/stay) and tourist tax.
