Enclosed 80 m² garden with terrace and garden shed.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC.
First floor (closed mezzanine): 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190).
Additional equipment: wifi, radio/CD, freezer compartment.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (5€/pers.), towels (5€/pers.) and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€). Pets: deposit 100€.

A warm welcome to you! This gîte is an old cowshed that was converted into a rural gîte by my grandfather. Since then, many visitors have stayed here and enjoyed the products of the family dairy. From here, you can effortlessly make the 'tour des marais' and get a glimpse of the Brie countryside. When I'm on holiday here, my favourite day out is to follow the cycle path towards Mesquer, stop off at the crêperie in Saint-Molf and enjoy the salt marshes, then the beach at Kercabellec.
My uncle will be delighted to welcome you and guide you around this region with its rich and varied heritage and natural areas.

Isa Conforme à notre attente, acceuil et séjour agréable.
Gîte charmant et fonctionnel. Acceuil agréable avec de petites attentions très appréciées. ( Petit déjeuner, yaourts de la ferme de Mézèrac, bouquet de fleurs,...). Très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du parc de Brière. De nombreuses promenades et plages à moins de 30 mn en voiture : Guérande, Le Croisic et sa côtes sauvage, la Turballe, saint Nazaire, Pénestin, La Roche Bernard,... Le choix est vaste. Gîte pour 4 personnes mais suffisamment équipé pour recevoir des invités ( vaiselle, chaises). Le petit plus, chien bienvenu et jardin clos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Les bruits de la ferme et de la laiterie peuvent parfois déranger. Toutefois, cette gêne est très exceptionnelle car une déviation a été créée l'an passée et est utilisée part les engins agricoles. Je suis désolée que vous ayez subi ce désagrément.
