Manoir de la Fontaine Saint-Jean is a superb 260 m² detached house, tastefully renovated in 2023, in a quiet location in the charming village of Crossac (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy...), in the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park, close to the Nantes/Vannes axis, and 25 min from the major seaside resorts of La Baule and St Brévin les Pins.
Charming 900 m² enclosed garden with private heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from mid-May to September, weather permitting, and courtyard with garden furniture.
Parking available on the property.
Ground floor: large, bright living room opening onto a lovely fitted kitchen, laundry/utility room and separate toilet.
1st floor: billiard room with TV (convertible 140x190), 2 master suites each with private shower room (bed 160x200 per room) and separate WC.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 80x200, 3: bunk beds 140x190 and 90x200), bathroom, separate WC and small lounge.
Additional equipment: wifi, bed/chair/baby gate.
Included: electricity, underfloor aerothermal heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. End-of-stay cleaning optional (200€).
Pet : 20€/night.

Gerard superbement bien équipé,
Le meilleur gîte où nous ayons séjourné. Une cuisine très bien équipée et des équipements pour cuisiner à l'extérieur et pour les barbecues. La piscine était propre, chaude et très attrayante. La maison était confortable et bien meublée.

This is an excellent house, an absolute joy to stay in. The furnishing and decoration as well as the amenities are among the best we have experienced. Add the location within the village and surrounding area, and it made for a great holiday for all of us.
