In the heart of the historic center of Ancenis, close to shops and restaurants, opposite the château and 80 m from the banks of the Loire, this former semi-detached barn has been restored in keeping with the original materials. Comfort and modernity for this Ecogîte. Walled garden of 35 m². Garage available.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room and separate WC.
1st level: living room (with sink, pod coffee maker and additional microwave), 1 bedroom with private shower room/wc (160x200 bed + quality 90x200 sofa bed), separate WC.
2nd level: 1 skylight bedroom with private shower room (2 twin beds 90x200).
Facilities included: wifi, Orange TV, baby equipment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.)...
All inclusive: Gas heating, electricity, bed linen, towels. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (80€).
Holiday cottage suitable for Bikers.

We thought up, designed and adapted this gîte over the course of five years. From an old barn in a good location, we had the opportunity to make a professional conversion: Michel was able to combine his skills as an entertainer, particularly in water sports, with his taste for restoring old stonework. The project, supported by the Conseil Général and local craftsmen, has resulted in a comfortable, low-energy ecogîte that's both modern and showcases old materials to their best advantage.

Dès l’entrée, on se sent comme chez nous ! La maison est très agréable et très propre. Très bien équipée. Excellente literie. Situation idéale : proche bords de Loire, des commerces et restaurants. On gare la voiture dans le garage et on fait tout à pied ! Marché le samedi matin.

Chaque détail de cette maison a été conçu avec le plus grand soin, et ce fut un réel plaisir de passer une semaine là-bas.Nous avons également apprécié les petites attentions accueillantes. La cuisine était bien équipée et nous avons apprécié de prendre un petit-déjeuner détendu avant de partir pour nos sorties quotidiennes. Mon ami et moi avons utilisée ce gîte comme point de départ pour explorer la vallée de la Loire. Il est idéalement situé à mi-chemin entre Nantes et Angers. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans le garage. Nous avons également apprécié la découverte d'Ancenis, notamment ses délicieux restaurants et ses belles boutiques.
