First floor of an old farmhouse renovated into a Holiday cottage, ideally located in a quiet area, 1 km from the Beach and 4 km from the center of Pornic (adjoining another 8-person Holiday cottage).
Enclosed garden 200 m².
Ground floor: entrance with utility room (for small bike or storage).
First floor: lovely, bright living room with views of the Sea and Countryside, including fitted kitchen opening onto lounge/living room with comfortable convertible sofa (160x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 which can be separated into 2 beds 80x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: Wifi, cot/chair, electric car recharging point (meter reading).
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels (no washcloths) and end-of-stay cleaning package.
Not included: tourist tax.
Free shuttle to Pornic town center near Holiday cottage (July/August).

Séjour très agréable. très beau gîte très confortable, très belle vue sur la mer et Noirmoutier. Belles plages à proximité et surveillées.

Voyageurs de la Suisse Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenhalt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit erlesenen Details. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch der grosse Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde geschätzt. Der Strand ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, und ein Gratisbus mit Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt regelmässig nach Pornic, so dass man nicht immer das Auto nehmen muss. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Une magnifique semaine en famille - Accueillies par des propriétaires très sympathiques.
Une gîte très soigné avec une vue sur l océan et donc proche pour de jolies balades sur le sentier côtier avec de très belles criques.
L endroit est idéal pour visiter Pornic, ou plus haut la pointe du Croisic.
