First floor of an old farmhouse renovated into a Holiday cottage, ideally located in a quiet area, 1 km from the Beach and 4 km from the center of Pornic (adjoining another 8-person Holiday cottage).
Enclosed garden 200 m².
Ground floor: entrance with utility room (for small bike or storage).
First floor: lovely, bright living room with views of the Sea and Countryside, including fitted kitchen opening onto lounge/living room with comfortable convertible sofa (160x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200 which can be separated into 2 beds 80x200), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities included: Wifi, cot/chair, electric car recharging point (meter reading).
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels (no washcloths) and end-of-stay cleaning package.
Not included: tourist tax.
Free shuttle to Pornic town center near Holiday cottage (July/August).

Anne Panoramafenster - Super Ausblick auf Atlantik
L'Océan ist eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Gîte. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, bequeme Betten, Eingangsbereich / Flur im EG als Stauraum gut nutzbar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Françoise. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Laurent Séjour très agréable
Séjour très agréable, hôte aux petits soins, logement très sympathique, belle région... il a fait très chaud donc la chambre sous les toits était un peu sur-chauffée et l'unique ventilateur ne suffisait pas...
le micro-ondes ne fonctionne qu'à 10% de ses capacités d'origines (STOP & START fonctionnels seulement)... il faudrait vraiment penser à le changer!

Tony and Ann An excellent stay in beautiful Brittany.
L’Ocean is a spacious, modern gîte, very well equipped with a fantastic view of the coast and beyond to Noirmoutier through its panoramic window. It’s a short picturesque walk to the sea and lovely walks. The property is well connected with nearby villages and towns, particularly Pornic. The host was very welcoming indeed and ensured we had everything we needed. First class!

Arnold Belle redécouverte de la région de Pornic .
Séjour parfait dans un gîte haut de gamme avec une grande baie permettant la vue au loin sur l'Océan.
Gîte idéalement placé pour visiter la région, faire du vélo et profiter des nombreuses plages dans les petites criques . Propriétaires très accueillants.- Cleanliness

sylvie Trés bon séjour, dans ce gite trés confortable et très bien situé.
Le logement était très agréable et calme.Le petit bonus de ce gite sa vue sur la mer et l'île de Noirmoutier au loin. Le gite est très proche des pistes cyclables, ainsi que des chemins de randonnées le long des côtes , qui nous ont permis de découvrir de beaux points de vue , et de nombreuses criques sauvages.
En résumé nous avons passés un excellent séjour , dans le gîte de Françoise.- Cleanliness
