Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, located in the heart of the Marais Breton, 300 m from the beach (natural beach - swimming possible only at high tide), 900 m from shops and 10 km from Pornic.
Private parking in front of the house.
Unenclosed 60 m² garden bordered by a natural stream (not secured), with unobstructed view over the marshes (shared passageway with the owner).
Ground floor: living room/kitchen.
First floor (miller's staircase): bedroom (bed 160x200) with convertible sofa (130x190), small bathroom and separate WC.
Electricity included.
Not included: Oil heating (7€/day), bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.

Béatrice petit gite au calme et tout proche de la plage
gite parfait pour 3 personnes! sauf PMR : escalier raide. Au bord du marais, on peut même observer les oiseaux depuis le salon. Plage et carrelets juste à côté et village avec commerçants de bouche à 1km. Top avec des vélos! accueil très gentil et beaucoup de bons conseils!

Françoise J'ai passé une excellente semaine.
Le gîte est très bien situé à la fois au calme et à proximité du bourg et de la mer. Il est très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très accueillante et donne de bonnes informations. Le petit jardin avec la vue sur le marais est vraiment très agréable. J'ai pu profiter très facilement de la plage, du chemin côtier, des commerces du bourg, des ballades à pied et à vélo.

Couple très sympathique ,
calme -agréable -
CATHERINE Séjour au calme à proximité de la mer
Gîte situé dans un endroit calme et verdoyant idéalement situé tout prés de la mer, du GR et des côtes.
Un accueil très chaleureux nous a été réservé et de très bons conseils prodigués.
