Welcome to l'Instant Présent, our guest house located in Pornic, 1.2 km from the sea, between la Fontaine aux Bretons and la Joselière.
Our house is set in 1700 m² of wooded grounds.
A garden section and a private terrace, all over 150m², are entirely dedicated to our guests.
Private parking and secure bicycle storage.
Separate entrances to the bedrooms and the timelessly modern breakfast area (30 m²).
One Art Deco-style ground-floor bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room/private wc.
2 upstairs bedrooms with exposed beams (one multicolored with 2 twin beds 90x200, one chic Black Yellow with 1 bed 160x200), each with en-suite shower room/private wc.
Facilities include: wifi, TV per room, hairdryer.
Baby equipment or extra bed on request (€25 for children under 12) for L'Elégance and L'Insouciance rooms only.
Gourmet breakfast with local products. Kitchenette available (small fridge, induction hob and microwave) for simple meals.
Tourist tax not included.
Parties not permitted.
Minimum stay 2 nights for the months 14/06 to 15/09 and possibility of overnight stay subject to availability between two stays (please contact us for rates).

Marc Superbe chambre d'hôte
Chambre très confortable à la décoration particulièrement soignée. Sandrine est très agréable, tout en restant discrète. Merci encore pour l'excellent conseil pour le choix d'un restaurant.

Laura Confort et autonomie
Belle chambre très propre, bien décorée et isolée. Séparée du logement du propriétaire, avec une kitchenette en commun avec les autres chambres d’hôtes. Grande table et petits jeux de société. Petit déjeuner copieux. Grande terrasse et environnement très sympa.
