Traditional detached house located in a small village in the Vineyard area of Nantes, 15 km from Nantes and 12 km from Clisson.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. South-facing terrace and enclosed garden with lovely, unobstructed views over the Countryside.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility/laundry room (tumble dryer), 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is accessible from the outside (each with 140x190 bed), shower room/wc accessible from the 2 bedrooms, and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 2: 160x200 bed), bathroom and separate WC.
Equipment included: wifi, sound bar.
Included: bed linen, towels, Electric heating.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Pets allowed free of charge (deposit 100€).

Welcome to Château Thébaud. Situated in the heart of the vineyards and in a hilly environment, I have lived with great pleasure in this welcoming and rejuvenating environment for several years. Today I'm delighted to share this house, where I've spent some wonderful times. Making it available to travellers allows me to share its soul and to continue to live here differently, thanks to the wonderful encounters offered by the Gîtes de France adventure.

Agnès Gite au calme et spacieux, confortable.
Notre séjour de 7 jours c'est très bien passé. Nous avons apprécié le calme du gîte. Le gîte était très grand et équipé d'un baby-foot, de jeux de société... forts appréciés par les enfants et aussi Papa et Maman. Beaucoup de matériel de cuisine, fort pratique : comme un fouet, un four, lave-vaisselle, balance de cuisine, ...
