L'Evasion Marine is a contemporary detached house, ideally situated in a quiet location, 400 m from the beaches and the village, 10 min from Pornic, 20 min from St Nazaire, 30 min from La Baule and 40 min from Nantes.
Private parking on the property. Bicycle or other storage.
Enclosed 200 m² garden with large south-facing wooden terrace.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto large living/dining room (140x200 convertible sofa), 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed with private shower room, 2: 140x190 bed, 3: 2 twin 90x190 beds), shower room/wc and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth radio, PS4 console, cot, beach games, bicycles on request.
Included: electricity and bed linen (beds made up).
Not included: pellet stove heating, bathroom linen (5€/pers.), end-of-stay cleaning (80€) and tourist tax.
Pets accepted on request (deposit €100).

Welcome to Pornic and its beautiful Jade coast! We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly seaside gîte, close to all the shops, beaches and coastal paths.
We've been living in St Michel Chef Chef since 2011, and we'd be delighted to help you discover all the attractions and good addresses in our beautiful region around Pornic, between the countryside, the Loire estuary and the Atlantic Ocean.
We're delighted to help you discover all the activities that surround us, without the hassle. You'll be able to
go to the beach, go fishing, go sand yachting, go outdoor karting, take lessons at the sailing school or hire equipment, play tennis, go cycling, go to the market, visit the construction of cruise liners, go up the Loire by bike or by boat to Nantes and follow the Voyage à Nantes route which will inevitably take you past the machines on the island.
No time to do it all? that's normal, even if we haven't discovered everything yet.
so we're sure you'll be back!

Alles wie beschrieben und erwartet. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Alles vorhanden was den Urlaub lebenswert macht. Das Ferienhaus und die Besitzer können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Verständigung mit den Besitzern klappte hervorragend.

Nick and Helen Great stay in a gite which was very well presented and had all the facilities needed for a very relaxing holiday.
