Cosy, seaside-style gîte, ideally located (Gourmalon district) 5 minutes' walk from the beach, shops, train station and thalassotherapy center. 120 m² enclosed outdoor space with 2 wooden terraces (east and west) with spa. Table tennis and children's games available.
Ground floor (access via 2 steps): living room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds + 80x200 BZ), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, iPod station, hifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment.
1 pet accepted (7€/day - deposit 100€).
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood.
Not included: compulsory cleaning fee (€60) and tourist tax.

Bertrand Gîte très confortable et très bien équipé.
Nous avons passé deux semaines à Pornic dans ce gîte à la décoration soignée et à proximité des plages. Tout était parfait. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux terrasses. Très bien équipé et spacieux, ce gîte nous a permis de recevoir nos amis et famille présents dans la région. Accueil parfait. Nous recommandons sans réserve.
