L'Estran is a brand-new, comfortable, self-contained holiday cottage 300 m from the beach, 2 km from the center of Pornic with its stores, restaurants and boutiques, and 1.5 km from the thalassotherapy center.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Enclosed outdoor space with 3 terraces, including 1 with Nordic bath, facing south.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment, Kids' beach games.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood.
Not included: compulsory cleaning fee (€60) and tourist tax.
1 Pets allowed (7€/day - deposit 100€).

Frédérique Un gîte magnifique à 2 pas des sentiers côtiers
Le gîte est tout récent tout beau, tout est de haute qualité, des matériaux choisis pour la construction à la literie avec oreillers ergonomiques, la cuisine est super équipée et la décoration très soignée, le tout rend le séjour vraiment très agréable. La proximité des plages et des sentiers accessibles à pied est un régal pour moi qui aime marcher le long des côtes. Merci à Eric & Emilie pour leur accueil, je recommande ce gîte les yeux fermés et je reviendrai dès que possible :)
