L'Estran is a brand-new, comfortable, self-contained holiday cottage 300 m from the beach, 2 km from the center of Pornic with its stores, restaurants and boutiques, and 1.5 km from the thalassotherapy center.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Enclosed outdoor space with 3 terraces, including 1 with Nordic bath, facing south.
Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities include: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, electric car terminal, complete baby equipment, Kids' beach games.
Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels and wood.
Not included: compulsory cleaning fee (€60) and tourist tax.
1 Pets allowed (7€/day - deposit 100€).

Emmanuel et Karine Super séjour dans une maison super agréable
Excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille avec notre chien dans un cadre et une maison idylliques.
Eric, Émilie ainsi que leur fille sont prévenants et à l'écoute de leurs locataires. La maison est hyper bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire qui est de très bonne qualité, rien ne manque et c'est à noter !!
Le grand plus est ce fameux bain nordique dont nous avons profité laaaargement et quelle belle découverte et ...que de plaisir de s'immerger dedans lorsque à l'extérieur il fait frais...
Une de nos meilleures locations ( si ce n'est la meilleure de toutes )

Liliane Emplacement génial
Maison individuelle neuve et très bien meublée/decorée, à deux pas de l’océan, La literie est extrêmement confortable, l’espace est lumineux, les patios sont un vrai plus.
