Welcome to L'Escale Saline, a studio apartment renovated in 2021, located on the 1st floor of a small building (no elevator), in a quiet area, 300 m from Le Pouliguen train station, 500 m from downtown, and 1.2 km from the Beach. The perfect getaway to relax or explore the magnificent wild coastline, the salt marshes, and the entire Guérande peninsula. Small east-facing balcony. Bike storage available.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed 140x190), a separate bedroom area (bed 160x200), and a bathroom with toilet.
Amenities included: fiber-optic internet, high chair/baby bed upon request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
Included: electricity, Gas heating.
Not included: bath towels (€7/person/stay) and sheets (€15/bed)—to be requested directly from the owner upon initial contact—and tourist tax.
Short stays available upon request. No smoking.
Small pets allowed
End-of-stay cleaning: 50€. If this option is not requested from the owner, the apartment must be left in a spotless condition. If this is not the case, this fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
