Welcome to l'Escale saline, an apartment/studio renovated in 2021, located on the 1st floor of a small building (no elevator), in a quiet location 300 m from Le Pouliguen train station, 500 m from the center and 1.2 km from the Beach. Ideal stopover for resting or discovering the magnificent wild coast, salt marshes and the entire Guérande peninsula. Small east-facing balcony. Garage for bikes.
It comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (BZ 140x190), a separate bedroom (bed 160x200) and a shower room/wc.
Facilities include: fiber-optic internet access, chair/baby bed on request.
Included: electricity, gas heating.
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers/stay) and sheets (15€/bed) to be requested directly from the owner when making contact, tourist tax.
Short stays on request. No smoking allowed.
Small pets allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning: 50€. If this option is not requested from the owner, the apartment must be returned in an impeccably clean condition. If this is not the case, this fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

L'accueil géré par une personne de confiance de la propriétaire a été chaleureux et très professionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis toute de suite "comme à la maison. L'appartement était propre, décoré sobrement et il ne manquait rien en terme de confort et d'équipement. La situation de l'appartement permet de tout faire à pied (halles, commerces, port, plage.....) et c'est bien agréable en cette période de vacances.
