Welcome to l'Escale saline, an apartment/studio renovated in 2021, located on the 1st floor of a small building (no elevator), in a quiet location 300 m from Le Pouliguen train station, 500 m from the center and 1.2 km from the Beach. Ideal stopover for resting or discovering the magnificent wild coast, salt marshes and the entire Guérande peninsula. Small east-facing balcony. Garage for bikes.
It comprises a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (BZ 140x190), a separate bedroom (bed 160x200) and a shower room/wc.
Facilities include: fiber-optic internet access, chair/baby bed on request.
Included: electricity, gas heating.
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers/stay) and sheets (15€/bed) to be requested directly from the owner when making contact, tourist tax.
Short stays on request. No smoking allowed.
Small pets allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning: 50€. If this option is not requested from the owner, the apartment must be returned in an impeccably clean condition. If this is not the case, this fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Marion, Sylvain et Chloé Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 3 chez Nathalie (2 adultes et 1 bébé). L’appartement est lumineux, bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Petite terrasse pour profiter du soleil, vraiment agréable.
La literie est bonne et l’appartement est bien équipé.
Nathalie est accueillante et très arrangeante.
L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied, le bord de mer et les commerces sont tout proches.- Cleanliness

chantalupita Expérience agréable, nous avons retrouvé, avec joie, des endroits inchangés depuis des décennies
L' hôtesse nous a bien accueillis. L'appartement était très propre et lumineux, la décoration de très bon goût et l'équipement de la cuisine irréprochable.

Christine Une semaine sous le signe de la détente !
Une semaine idéale dans un logement à proximité de tout ce que l’on attend pour un séjour balnéaire sans avoir à prendre sa voiture ! Commerces, port , plage , pistes cyclables etc. Le tout dans un environnement calme ! Tout à fait satisfaisant pour un couple !La création d’une alcove pour délimiter l’espace chambre est un choix très judicieux !L’appartement est aménagé et décoré avec goût .
