It is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Le Croisic, classified as a "Petite Citée de Caractère", facing the port to take full advantage of the boats' movements and the colors of the traict, 50 m from the small shops/restaurants, 1 km from the beach and 800 m from the train station.
