In very quiet residential area, semi-detached house ideally located 800 m from medieval town of Guérande, shops, restaurants and entertainment, 7 km from beaches and 9 km from La Baule, Le Croisic and salt marshes. Enclosed garden with 65 m² terrace (S.E).
Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room and separate toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1-2: bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190) and bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: fiber-optic internet, home cinema, sound bar, DVD/CD player, cot/baby chair.
Included: gas heating, electricity, wood, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (€80).
2 private parking spaces in front of the gite.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié ce gîte et nous remercions Hélène pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous le recommandons particulièrement pour son excellent rapport qualité prix .C'est un gîte très convivial aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi et surtout au calme.....Aucun bruit de circulation à redouter et le voisinage est très discret.....

.Toons Agréables vacances bretonnes
Agréable séjour passé à Guérande durant 2 semaines. Le gîte est situé à 15mn à pieds des remparts de la ville. Beaucoup de visites à réaliser aux alentours et de superbes plages bretonnes à 20mn de voiture.

CHRIS Gîte bien situé pour visiter la presqu’île de Guérande
Séjour familial dans un gîte confortable et très bien équipé. Juste un point négatif : manque d’insonorisation entre les 2 chambres côté jardin.
Un barbecue à gaz serait préférable au barbecue à charbon de bois cancérigène.- Cleanliness
