In very quiet residential area, semi-detached house ideally located 800 m from medieval town of Guérande, shops, restaurants and entertainment, 7 km from beaches and 9 km from La Baule, Le Croisic and salt marshes. Enclosed garden with 65 m² terrace (S.E).
Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room and separate toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1-2: bed 140x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190) and bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: fiber-optic internet, home cinema, sound bar, DVD/CD player, cot/baby chair.
Included: gas heating, electricity, wood, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (€80).
2 private parking spaces in front of the gite.

Je serais heureuse de vous accueillir dans mon gîte les "P'tits Bouchons" en rapport avec mon hobby pour la création de tableaux réalisés en bois flotté. Vous serez les bienvenus et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans ce gîte calme à 2 pas de la cité médiévale de Guérande. Idéal pour tous ceux et celles qui ont envie de découvrir notre belle presqu'île guérandaise entre marais salants, grandes plages de sable fin et Brière. Lieu de vacances qui pourra aussi bien ravir les amoureux de la nature ou les adeptes d'activités touristiques.
