Charming Holiday cottage located in the heart of a quiet village, 5 km from the ramparts of Guérande, 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from shops/restaurants and close to the Vélocean cycle route.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Wooden terrace opening onto a pleasant enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers.
Ground floor: bright living room with open-plan kitchen and WC/laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1: bed 160x200, 2: bed 140x190, 3: bed 90x190) and shower room.
Facilities included: wifi, cot/chair/hairdryer.
Included: bed linen (beds made on arrival), electricity and Gas heating (except for business stays).
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning package (70€ for stays of less than a week and 100€ for stays of a week or more - compulsory for business customers), bathroom linen (8€/person) and tourist tax.

Rémi Très bon séjour à deux pas des marais salants
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour familial dans ce gîte, doté d'un lumineux séjour outre d'un jardin clôturé sécurisé pour les enfants.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
Idéalement situé, il permet d'être très rapidement aussi bien à la Baule qu'à Guérande.- Cleanliness

Les yvelinois Séjour au top !
Séjour agréable avec une météo au top ! Gite très calme et à proximité de La Baule (faisable à pied), nombreuses pistes cyclabes. Une belle région !

Philip A delightful, tastefully-equipped holiday venue in a peaceful village.
We were warmly welcomed by Martine, who gave us a thorough and very helpful briefing about the property, the neighbourhood and interesting places to visit in the locality. The secluded garden and terrace were beautiful.
