Holiday cottage adjoining a house, located in the quiet Countryside, less than 5 km from the village of St Philbert de Grand Lieu, 28 km from Nantes and 40 km from the Beach.
North-east terrace and 400 m² enclosed private garden.
Available: Molky games, Kids bowls, 6 bicycles (4 adults + 2 kids). Large attached garage.
Ground floor: large, bright living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: bed 160x200 with TV, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room/wc PMR.
Facilities include: Senseo pod coffee maker, wifi, tumble dryer, CD and DVD player, baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat) on request.
Included: electricity (except electric car recharging), underfloor aerothermal heating and bed linen (beds made up).
Not included: bathroom linen. Cleaning package compulsory for business customers (€80).

Welcome to our gîte in the heart of the Pays de Retz. We would like you to take advantage of our proximity to Lac de Grand Lieu, the largest natural lake in France in winter, and the marshes. If you like cycling (bikes available in the gîte) or hiking, you'll be able to make the most of this environment in summer and winter alike. There are also beaches on the Atlantic and Vendée coasts, the nearest of which are 40 minutes away.

Tomas et Marc parfait , au calme , commerces en proximités , l'OCEAN n'est pas loin et les balades sont nombreuses
C'est la deuxième fois que nous profitons du gite et on dit jamais 2 sans 3 :)

Nadine l'accessibilite ++ conforme à nos attentes . la propreté la discretion des prorietaires est à noter
gite tres bien situé pour des gens qui aiment visiter des lieux interressants sachant que nous ne faisons pas de randonnees ni de velo (impossibilites motrices)

Très belle région à visiter .de plus il y a des randonnées à faire on n y découvre beaucoup chose qu on ne vois pas en voiture.

Bri e& Ti Parfait!
Gite très propre spacieux, aménagé avec gout. Les gros plus, les vélos, le garage fermé pour la voiture et les légumes délicieux des propriétaires maraichers.
