Spacious, bright house in quiet location, 300 m from the Sea and surrounded by marshes, a sensitive area classified Natura 2000 (not secured), approx. 800 m from the village.
East and west terraces and 3000 m² unfenced garden overlooking the marshes.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living/dining room (sofa bed 160x200 - non-functional fireplace), 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower (each with 140x190 bed), shower room, separate WC and storeroom/laundry room.
Equipment included: smart TV, cot/chair, Bluetooth speaker, wifi (fiber), plancha, barbecue, Nespresso pod machine.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (80€) and tourist tax.
1 Pets allowed free of charge (deposit 100€).

Thierry Magnifique fin d'été aux Enfants du Marais
Très beau logement, spacieux, lumineux et d'un calme incroyable ! Tout y semble neuf : équipements, vaisselle, literie, ... La partie nuit pour 2 chambres est séparée de l'espace jour. 2 belles terrasses dont 1 exposée Sud sans vis à vis et avec vue imprenable sur les marais et leur faune. Nous recommandons vivement !
