West-facing terrace opening onto a semi-enclosed 200-square-meter garden, with a plancha grill. Three bicycles available.
Single-story layout: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 single beds [90x200] that can be pushed together; 2: 1 double bed [160x200]), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Additional amenities included: radio/CD player, baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub, plus a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.)—Wi-Fi currently being installed
Included: electricity, underfloor air-source heating, sheets, and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€65) and tourist tax.
