Come and relax at "L'Ecrin Solaire", a Holiday cottage located in the heart of nature, in a quiet wooded setting, 20 minutes from the Beach and 25 minutes from Nantes City center. The Holiday cottage has its own entrance and private Spa. Piscine shared with the owners (south-facing), heated from May 1 to October 15 (open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - Sundays until 12 p.m. - possibility of reserving a time slot for greater privacy).
1 private parking space on fenced property.
Private, enclosed, unoverlooked 25 m² wood terrace (facing South/East) with Spa, overlooking trees and nature (open from 01/05 to 30/10).

Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (2 convertible sofa beds 120x200 + 90x200 for Kids), 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and separate shower room and WC.
Equipment included: wifi/fiber (Orange box with Netflix), combi oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, baby bed/booster (on request), air-conditioning, electric griddle, washer-dryer.
Includes: electricity, electric heating/reversible air conditioning, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax.
