Former barn renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes, located in the heart of a family farm (dairy cows, free-range poultry), 100 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 20 km from Nantes and 34 km from Ancenis.
South-facing terrace and unenclosed garden of 150 m², and access to the shared 5,000 m² orchard (portico and boules court to be installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200), shower room, separate WC and linen room.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds).
Additional amenities: wifi, cot on request, hairdryer.
Included: electricity, pellet heating and bed linen (beds made up on arrival).
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers.) and tourist tax.
Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (70€).

Charlotte Très bon séjour près du canal
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 5 min à pied du Canal de Nantes à Brest. L'environnement est très calme, au coeur de la campagne. Nous avions loué les 2 gîtes attenants pour des retrouvailles familles. Les 2 gîtes sont parfaitement équipés, très propres et aménagés avec goût. Les propriétaires ont fait preuve de souplesse pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement du séjour. Les espaces extérieurs sont également très agréables

Hélène Séjour sympathique
