Independent access to this pretty stone gîte, le Temps d'une échappée, quietly located in the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park, 15 km from the beaches and 8 km from Guérande (adjoining the owners' thatched cottage).
Private terrace and swimming pool (3x6 m) heated from May to late September, weather permitting, and 1000 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room, lounge with sofa bed (90x190), 1 spacious bedroom (bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room/wc and 2nd shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot.
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Not included: tourist tax.

Hookies Une perle dans un écrin de verdure, entre mer, terre et marais !
Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes séduits par la beauté du lieu, entouré d'arbres et de quelques maisons au toit de chaume, ainsi que par le calme absolu qui y règne, loin de la circulation et des trépidations de la vie quotidienne. Florence nous accueille avec chaleur et nous tombons sous le charme de cette demeure authentique, très confortable et décorée avec goût et finesse. Kerbrian est une base idéale pour explorer une région d'une richesse insoupçonnée ... L'immense réserve naturelle des marais de Brière à découvrir à pied, en barque ou en calèche, la superbe ville historique de Guérande ainsi que ses marais salants, le splendide village-témoin de Kérinhet avec ses innombrables artisans et sa fête annuelle des Métais, les randonnées au bord de la mer, en rade du Croisic ou sur la côte sauvage, l'accrobranche près d'Herbignac ... Il y en a pour tous les goûts et nous avons profité de chaque journée pour nous en mettre plein les yeux et les jambes ! La piscine à 27° était bien précieuse pour nous remettre de nos escapades, avant ou/et après l'apéro du soir ! Un séjour inoubliable, qui vaut 5 étoiles ! We'll be back !

JH Fabulous relaxing holiday in this beautiful gite.
This is a beautiful, well equipped and immaculately clean gite. Florence welcomed us warmly and gave helpful information about the gite. She was on hand if we needed. The gite is well laid out, spacious and homely. The access to the pool was welcome, as well as the garden. This was a new area for us and we enjoyed exploring. The gite had everything we needed, it was good to have the two shower rooms and the bed was very comfortable - we slept well! Thank you to Florence.
