At the crossroads between Ancenis, Nantes and Châteaubriant, in the heart of nature, 300 m from the Erdre river (fishing possibilities), calm and relaxation await you in this renovated traditional detached house, blending old and new. Extensive grounds of 1 ha surround the gîte, with sheep and goats, including a private enclosed garden of 470 m² with south-facing terrace and superb views over the valley.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, separate open-plan lounge, shower room, separate WC and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190 + bed 90x190, 2 and 3: 2 twin beds 90x200), bathroom/wc and mezzanine (extra bed 90x190).
Additional equipment: wifi, tumble dryer, small freezer, complete baby equipment.
Sheets included.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen and cleaning package (compulsory for business customers - 90€).
Pets allowed if owner present (€10/stay/pet).

Jerome Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet endroit calme et confortable. La cuisine ouverte nous a permis d'être en famille très souvent. La terasse spacieuse nous a permis d'aceuillir le reste de notre famille pour un repas. Les ballades aux alentours ont été très appréciées.
