Located 27 km from Nantes and 23 km from Ancenis, in the peace and quiet of a small hamlet accessible by a private tree-lined road, Holiday cottage le Pré Tilleul is fitted out in a contemporary style in one part of an old building (owner's workshop in the other part).
Terrace and vast 900 m² unenclosed outdoor space with unobstructed views of nature and offering absolute tranquility (on enclosed 3000 m² plot shared with the owners). Table tennis available.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room opening onto living room, shower room, separate WC and small room for washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs (accessed via steep staircase): 2 bedrooms, 1 open and closed by curtain (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190).
Facilities included: Wifi access, tumble dryer.
Includes: bed linen (Beds made on arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen.

Welcome to Ligné!
For over 30 years, we've been enjoying this place, which we've converted over the years. In the past, the building, now a gîte, was used as an outbuilding of a neighbouring bourgeois house. There were horses, a horse-drawn carriage and fodder storage, but today another story is being told!
We'll be delighted to show you how to discover the various places of interest in the commune and neighbouring communes. The Loire, the Erdre and the Canal de Nantes à Brest are just some of the places not to be missed, not forgetting Nantes for other, more urban pleasures.

Ein frisch renoviertes Häuschen auf dem Land mit viel Komfort. Und einem sehr netten Vermieter. So macht der Aufenthalt Spaß. Sollte ich nochmal in der Gegend sein, komme ich sehr gerne wieder.
