Located 27 km from Nantes and 23 km from Ancenis, in the peace and quiet of a small hamlet accessible by a private tree-lined road, Holiday cottage le Pré Tilleul is fitted out in a contemporary style in one part of an old building (owner's workshop in the other part).
Terrace and vast 900 m² unenclosed outdoor space with unobstructed views of nature and offering absolute tranquility (on enclosed 3000 m² plot shared with the owners). Table tennis available.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room opening onto living room, shower room, separate WC and small room for washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs (accessed via steep staircase): 2 bedrooms, 1 open and closed by curtain (1: bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190).
Facilities included: Wifi access, tumble dryer.
Includes: bed linen (Beds made on arrival).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bathroom linen.

Welcome to Ligné!
For over 30 years, we've been enjoying this place, which we've converted over the years. In the past, the building, now a gîte, was used as an outbuilding of a neighbouring bourgeois house. There were horses, a horse-drawn carriage and fodder storage, but today another story is being told!
We'll be delighted to show you how to discover the various places of interest in the commune and neighbouring communes. The Loire, the Erdre and the Canal de Nantes à Brest are just some of the places not to be missed, not forgetting Nantes for other, more urban pleasures.

Cadre bucolique
5/5Gite très agréable, très calme dans un cadre bucolique, proche de la vallée de l'Erdre pour faire des randonnées à pied ou à vélo. Un petit marché le vendredi matin à sur Nort sur Erdre propose des produits bio et locaux. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le propriétaire, très accueillant, nous a bien conseillé pour les sites à visiter. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Retour à la campagne
4/5Second séjour dans ce gîte confortable et bien équipé. Un grand jardin bien exposé vous permettra de profiter du soleil tout l'après midi. Vous entendrez le chant des oiseaux et autres animaux si comme nous, vous avez la chance de voir les moutons dans le champ. Venez sans hésitation. Vous serez bien reçu par Jean Louis qui sait être attentif et non intrusif. Merci à lui et son épouse. On dit jamais 2 sans 3, alors à une prochaine (pour le marathon 2026 peut être).
