Holiday cottage le Plessis Pas Brunet is a quiet, self-contained accommodation in a hamlet 27 km from Ancenis and 30 km from Nantes, and about 500 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal.
Shaded terrace (west-facing) and 847 m² enclosed garden. Private parking on property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace (2 steps down to living room), 2 through bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 80x190, 2: 2 twin beds 90x190), large shower room with 2 separate showers and 1 WC, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190) with en-suite shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190 + 1 bed 90x200) and 1 dormitory bedroom (4 beds 90x200 + 2 Bunk beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC.
Facilities include: wifi, cot/chair, outdoor wooden games. Free washing machine service on request from the owners.
Electricity and oil heating included.
Not included: bed linen (5€/pers.), towels (2€ per sheet/pers.), wood, end-of-stay cleaning (130€ - compulsory for business customers) and tourist tax.
Pets allowed (3 max) - 10€/stay/pet.

Welcome to the Plessis Pas Brunet gîte,
In 2023, I made a dream come true by taking over this gîte in the heart of a peaceful setting, close to the Nantes-Brest canal.
This magnificent place has a rather special history for me, as I discovered when I bought it that it was my grandmother's brother's house. It's an unexpected family connection, and one that has encouraged me to go ahead with this project.
I love nature, hiking, swimming, music and especially human contact, sharing and conviviality.
When you stay in my gîte, you'll discover peace and quiet, nature and everything is designed to make you feel at home. I hope you'll come and recharge your batteries, and share some memorable moments. We look forward to welcoming you.

Très bon we en famille, malgré une météo moyenne. Petits et grands ont pu s'amuser ,se détendre. Christine nous a aussi indiquer des activités (randos, petites marches, guinguettes, etc...)le we était trop court et pourtant de trois jours.

Famille GAUTIER Week-end en famille
Nous avons passez un très bon week-end en famille au gîte de Christine, qui nous a très bien accueilli. Nous avons pu garder presque toute la famille à dormir grâce aux nombreux couchages, les chambres sont très agréables et les salles de bains adaptées. Le cadre pour les balades est parfait. Nous vous conseillons ce logement sans hésiter pour passer de bons moments en famille. Merci Christine

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Merci à Christine pour son accueil et ses conseils de sorties à proximité du gîte. Le gîte était très agréable et les équipements présents en quantité suffisante pour nous accueillir à 6 adultes et 8 enfants.

MC and family Un agréable séjour en famille
Maison spacieuse, accueillante, très bien équipée. L'espace extérieur est très agréable avec différents aménagements fort sympathiques. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse pour son accueil attentionné.
