15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson, in a quiet location, charming little gîte adjoining the owners' house and close to the owners' vineyard. Another 4-person gîte on the site, totally independent. Private parking on the property.
Heated, covered 9x4 m swimming pool (April to end September) shared by owners and other gîte. Shared table tennis. Private enclosed terrace 16 m², facing south/east.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (quality convertible bed 140x190).
Upstairs: bedroom (bed 160x200) opening onto shower room and separate WC.
Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, washing machine with dryer and complete baby equipment on request.
All-inclusive: electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and household linen.
Cleaning option (€50). Tourist tax extra.

Grégory Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Nous avions besoin d'une semaine de calme et de repos, ce gîte est parfait pour se ressourcer. Il est bien situé entre Nantes et Clisson. Vous avez le choix entre visites, randonnées, cyclisme. Au cœur des vignes, le lieu est magnifique, et l'eau de la piscine chaude et agréable. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très propre.

Charlotte Calme, accueillant et chaleureux
Des hôtes extraordinaires, bienveillants et généreux.
Le gîte est très confortable. Nous sommes venus avec notre fille de 2 ans et demi et c'était génial, super piscine, magnifique cadre (entouré par les vignes).

JOël Très bon confort et meublé avec goût.
