Le Nid du Massereau

Le Nid du Massereau is located in Bouguenais, in the charming village of La Roche Ballue, typical of the banks of the Loire, 6 km from the Airport, 15 km from Nantes and 30 km from the coast, on the Loire cycle route. Quiet, restful setting.
Private parking on the property. Closed bicycle shed with tools available.
The 700 m² walled garden is planted with flowers most of the year and benefits from the coolness of the edge of the wood.
The house dates from 1956 and has been renovated and extended to create a private part and a part dedicated to Bed and breakfast. The large living room opens onto the terrace and the Piscine (above-ground 3x7m - unheated), available from May to around the end of September.
The 4 bed and breakfast rooms (including 1 family room and 1 with kitchenette), located on the 1st and 2nd floors, are named after local birds and each has its own identity, with personalized decorations by the owners. All have private bathroom and toilet facilities, except for the family suite, which is shared (on a common landing).

A shared kitchen is available.
Homemade breakfasts are served in the living room overlooking the garden, or on the terrace, weather permitting.
Freshly prepared dishes in jars (starter/main course/dessert - to be arranged on site) are available for sale.
Reduced rates for 3 nights or more. Preferential rates for family suite occupied by 2 people only (please contact us). Extra bed available for Geai des Chênes room (€35/night).
Bikes welcome (secure shelter, electric bike recharging, repair kit).
