Le Nid du Marais is an old renovated farmhouse located close to the owners' house, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the marsh and 12 km from the Beach.
Terrace and private garden of 150 m² facing south/east.
Parking on the property.
Ground floor: kitchenette opening onto living/dining room with BZ (140x190), 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) and en-suite shower room/wc (door height 1.67 m).
Facilities included: wifi, radio/CD, cot/chair on request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Included: electricity (excluding electric car recharging), electric heating and bed linen (bed made).
Not included: bathroom linen (7€/pers.), cleaning fee and tourist tax.
Pets on request (deposit 100€).

Welcome to our gîte in the heart of the Pays de Retz. Having spent our weekends and holidays in our little second home, we've now converted it with passion to share some pleasant moments with you in Le Nid du marais. This quiet, restful spot is ideally placed for exploring the marshes, birdwatching and wildlife watching, as well as enjoying the beach and fishing on foot.
We will of course be on hand to advise you if you wish.

Judith et Thierry Première expérience avec Gite De France, tout était parfait.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très bel accueil de la part de Martine et Jean-François avec un petit cadeau à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont bien conseillé pour ce qu’il y avait à faire à proximité. Le gîte est dans un lieu très calme, ce qui était parfait pour la tranquillité que nous recherchions. Nous avons eu la surprise d’être invités à partager un apéritif dînatoire. Moment très convivial avec nos hôtes. Martine et Jean-François, rester tel que vous êtes c’est parfait.

francoise et DENIS L'avantage du gîte : c'est qu'il y a plusieurs endroits à l'extérieur pour manger
maison au calme, spacieuse pour 2 personnes et très propre. Nous avons loué des vélos afin de bien profiter de l'environnement. Les propriétaires sont discrets et restent disponibles pour nous renseigner.
