Le Nautilus is a small Semi-detached house in a quiet location, 5 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants and the streetcar (direct line to SNCF train station, 20 minutes), 15 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and the island's machines, and 400 meters from a Bicloo bike rental station.
Charming enclosed garden of approx. 100 m² with swing, accessible by a few steps.
Private enclosed garage with automatic door.
Ground floor: large fitted kitchen, separate WC and laundry area.
First floor (slightly steep staircase): living room with TV, small study, 140x190 sofa bed and 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with en-suite shower room.
Additional equipment: wifi, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity, Electric heating, bed linen and towels.
Not included: tourist tax and compulsory cleaning fee (35€).
This Holiday cottage is reserved in priority for tourists, for 3 people including 2 adults maximum and 1 Kids (possibility for 1 additional child on request).
Pets not allowed and non-smoking Holiday cottage (ashtrays available outside).

Guy Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce sympathique gîte et sa charmante hôtesse.
Notre hôtesse était toujours là pour répondre à nos questions et besoins. Sur ses indications, nous avons connu et fréquenté la Place Zola où se trouvent l'Intermarché, Picard, cavistes, boulangerie, etc. Nous avons ainsi pu prendre plusieurs de nos repas au gîte. Le lit était très confortable et nous y avons bien dormi.

Cathy Très bonne adresse
Cette charmante petite maison de ville est agréable, lumineuse, joliment décorée, très bien située et au calme. Son jardin est ravissant, et son garage est un gros plus compte tenu des tarifs du stationnement dans la rue. A tout cela s'ajoute le bon accueil de la propriétaire.

Victoire Séjour agréable, proche du centre
Gîte confortable, chaleureux, situé à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus et commerces. Il est aussi possible de se rendre dans le centre en marchant en 15/20 minutes.
