This former barn of the Moulin des Tréans (13th century), located on the Route Bleue, 200 m from the Vélocéan, 1.2 km from the beaches and 7 km from Pornic, has been completely renovated and converted into 5 attractive bed and breakfast rooms.

Enclosed wooded park of 1 ha, with a variety of relaxation areas, including the small island with its straw hut and Tahitian pergola.
Private parking on the property.

Two bed and breakfast rooms in the house:
- the Romantique room on the first floor (bed 160x200) with private bathroom and separate toilet
- the Suite des Tréans on the first floor (1.42 m high beam) with 160x200 bed + 1 extra bed (140x200), private bathroom and separate WC.

Three Unusual bed and breakfasts in the grounds, each with air-conditioning, private wooden terrace and sitting area:
- la Pêcherie with 160x200 bed, private shower room and separate WC
- the "Nature" yurt with 160x200 bed, private bathroom and separate WC
- the "Fruits" yurt with bed 160x200 + 2 extra beds 90x190, private bathroom and separate WC

Wellbeing yurt with Hammam, Sauna and outdoor Spa (€30/person/day).
New: heated swimming pool, shared with the owners (5x5m), from May 2026.

Facilities include: wifi (in the barn but network in the park), TV and hairdryer per room, small fridge available in the communal area, full baby equipment.

Breakfast served in the barn's traditional dining room.
Table d'hôtes by prior arrangement from May 2026.
Pets allowed free of charge.
Tourist tax (€0.88/person/day).
