Le Moulin des Tréans

This former barn at the Moulin des Tréans (13th century), located along the Route Bleue, 200 m from the Vélocéan, 1.2 km from the beaches, and 7 km from Pornic, has been completely renovated and converted into 5 charming bed and breakfast rooms.

A 1-hectare enclosed wooded park, featuring various relaxation areas, notably the small landscaped island with its thatched hut and Tahitian pergola.
Private parking on the property.

Two bed and breakfast rooms in the house:
- the Romantic Room, located on the ground floor (160x200 bed) with a private bathroom and separate toilet
- the Tréans Suite, located upstairs (with a 1.42-meter-high beam to duck under), featuring a 160x200 bed plus an extra bed (140x200), a private bathroom, and a private toilet

Three unusual bed and breakfast rooms located in the park, each with air conditioning, a private wooden terrace, and a small private sitting area:
- “La Pêcherie” with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom, and separate toilet
- the “Nature” yurt with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom, and separate toilet
- the “Fruits” yurt with a 160x200 bed + 2 extra beds 90x190, private en-suite bathroom and separate toilet

A wellbeing yurt is available with a Hammam, sauna, and outdoor Spa (30€ per person per day).

Amenities included: Wi-Fi (in the barn, but coverage extends throughout the grounds), TV and hair dryer in each room, small refrigerator available in the common area, and a full set of Baby Equipment.

Breakfast served in the traditional dining room in the barn.
Dinner service available by reservation starting in May 2026.
Pets allowed at no extra charge.
Tourist tax (€0.88 per person per day).
