In the heart of the vineyards, halfway between Nantes and Clisson (approx. 15 km), near the train station, beautiful tastefully renovated house (wood and exposed stone), semi-detached from the owners. Enclosed park of 1 ha shared with the owners, including 800 m² of unenclosed private garden.
Ground floor: large living/dining room (non-functional fireplace), separate fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 80x200, 2: 3 beds 90x200), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: baby bed/bath, wifi, stereo, hairdryer.
Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, bed linen, towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (100€).
Optional cleaning package available (100€). Cleaning deposit 150€.
