25 km south of Nantes, 10 km from Clisson and 500 m from the Sèvre river, this 18th-century mill is set in a quiet location, with stunning views over the Vineyard.
Enclosed garden (secure electric gate) of 350 m² with terrace (north). Spa available (from October to April, the Spa is open on request and at an additional cost of €10/day).
Ground floor: separate kitchen, large living/dining room (2 steps) with pellet stove opening onto the terrace, linen room, shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190.
2nd floor: 1 through bedroom (separated by curtains) with 2 twin beds 90x190.
3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200.
Facilities included: wifi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, baby equipment (bed + mattress, booster seat, bath and changing mat), gas barbecue.
Not included: Electric heating (meter reading) and pellet stove (€6/bag), bed linen, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (€80 for holidaymakers, €130 for professionals).

We've renovated it to keep its authenticity and added our own personal touch. On the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, there are plenty of activities on offer (hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing). Linda A lovely place to stay.
A very comfortable gite with vines as far as the eye can see. Wonderful views especially from the top of the tower. We had a great week, with walks in the surrounding area (very well signposted) and also visited the mechanical elephant in Nantes, which we highly recommend, as well as an excursion to Clisson, with a delicious meal at Au Pied de L'Escalier. Our host was very helpful and considerate.

Miriam Tolle Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen für Ruhe Suchende
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist toll und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man nur wünschen kann. Der Pool ist auch wunderbar. Ruhige Lage man befindet sich mitten in Weinbergen.
