Le Marais is a recently renovated gîte adjoining the owners' house, located in the heart of the countryside, on the edge of a marsh, 5 km from the Canal de la Martinière, 20 km from the beaches of Pornic/St Brévin, 25 km from St Nazaire and 28 km from Nantes. St Viaud lake 8 km away, with many water sports activities in season.
Small enclosed garden to front (south-facing), and stone-walled courtyard to rear with sandpit.
Private parking in front of the gîte. Henhouse nearby.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (convertible 110x200) and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x200), 1 study (no window) with BZ 140x190 and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, complete baby equipment.
Included: electricity, electric heating.
Not included: bed linen and towels. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (90€).

Anne Marie tella il ne manquait absolument rien, tout était présent pour un séjour agréable
Un peu déçue rien n'est prévu pour les baignades pour les chiens, tous les lacs sont interdits et à l océan la plage où les chiens sont acceptés elle n est pas terrible

Patrick Excellent sejour au calme
La maison est agréable et bien équipée. La literie principale excellente. La proprietaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Pour les très grands il faut penser à baisser la tête pour passer les portes mais c'est un coup à prendre..Le jardin est tres agréable.
