Le Logis is located 11 km from Clisson and 20 km from Nantes, in the heart of the Vineyard Nantais, in a small green setting on the banks of the river Sèvre, at the site of the former Commercial port Port Domino (adjoining the owners' house). Owners' Restaurant on site (open for lunch Tuesday to Friday, and Thursday/Friday evenings).
Private enclosed garden of 200 m² facing north/east, and access to the Piscine heated from mid-April to mid-October shared with the owners (12x6m). Table tennis, 3 canoes and 2 paddles available.
Access to Holiday cottage via outside staircase.
1st floor: spacious, bright living room with view of the Sèvre river, comprising lounge/living room (fireplace) with separate open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 80x200, 2: 2 beds 90x200, 3: 2 bunk beds 90x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with private shower room/WC (independent access possible from outside).
Facilities include: Wifi access, DVD player, radio/CD, small freezer, baby cot/bath.
Included: bed linen (beds made up), electricity, electric heating/reversible air conditioning and wood.
Not included: bathroom linen and tourist tax. Cleaning fee mandatory (120€).
