Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, a few meters from the Loire, on the edge of the main road, close to the Loire à Vélo cycle path and a market garden. Small, unenclosed terrace (south-facing). Bike/motorcycle/trailer room.
Ground floor: living room with separate fitted kitchen, shower room, separate WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin beds 90x190, 2: 2 single beds 90x200), kitchenette with attic mezzanine (2 twin beds 90x190), shower room/WC.
Facilities include: radio, wifi, complete baby equipment.
Sheets included.
Not included: Electric heating, bathroom linen, tourist tax.
Typical restaurants and guiguette (in summer) nearby, recreation area. Mauves train station 3 km away (access to Nantes city center in 11 min).

Hébergement très agréable et très propre à proximité d'un site de mariage, implanté au bord de la Loire mais très silencieux. Accueil chaleureux et discret des propriétaires. Je reviendrai !

le gîte est rénové de façon moderne. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour et même si la départementale passe à côté on l'oublie vite du fait de l'excellence du gîte. les propriétaires sont très agréables
