In quiet Countryside, halfway between Nantes and Rennes (30 min), set of 2 adjoining Holiday cottages (sleeps 31 - 23 and 9 p) located in the heart of an organic farm (dairy cows). Possibility of renting another Holiday cottage nearby (capacity 10p). These 2 Holiday cottages are housed in the outbuildings of a medieval château and a former farmhouse, and renovated using natural materials (lime/hemp insulation, local schist palis terrace).

Grand Holiday cottage de la Garlais: sleeps 23 (+ 4 convertible) with room for 50:
Terrace opening onto 500m² south-facing garden.
Ground floor: room for 50 people, living room (fireplace, table soccer, TV and 2 convertible beds (140 x 190), fitted kitchen, separate WC, 1 bedroom with 5 beds 90x190 and shower room/wc, all with PMR access.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 5 beds 90x190, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds 90x190 including 1 bunk bed in each room, bathroom/wc in each room as well, and 1 mezzanine lounge (2 convertible beds 140 x 190).

Holiday cottage de la Cour: sleeps 9 (+ 1 convertible):
Terrace and enclosed garden of 190 m² (west-facing).
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, shower room/wc, 1 PMR-accessible bedroom (2 twin beds 90x190) with private shower room/wc/Italian-style shower/washbasin, and laundry room.
Upstairs: sitting area with convertible sofa (140x190), 3 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc/ Italian shower/sink (2 bedrooms with: 2 twin beds 90x190, 1 bedroom with: 3 twin beds 90x190).

Additional equipment included per Holiday cottage: wifi, DVD player, stereo, TV per room (in the Gîte de la Cour only), tumble dryer, 1 baby bed and 2 baby chairs on request, table soccer in the Grand Gîte living room.

Included: heating by wood-fired boiler, wood, electricity and bed linen (beds made up).
Not included: bathroom linen, breakfast, end-of-stay cleaning package.
