Le Gîte du Renard Fruité

The Holiday cottage du Renard Fruité is a large stone farmhouse located close to the owner's fruit farm, in the quiet Countryside, 4 km from Villepot and 10 km from Châteaubriant. 1500 m² of unenclosed wooded grounds with terrace (south-facing). Private parking behind the cottage. SPA for 5 people in a dedicated room with shower room/wc (towels not provided). Ground floor: fitted kitchen (wood-burning stove), living/dining room, relaxation area, separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 attic bedrooms (1, 2 and 3: bed 140x190, 4: 2 beds 90x190), shower room/wc. Facilities included: wifi, cot/baby chair/changing table on request and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges...).
Heating included (wood-burning stove). Not included: electric heating (excluding 8kwh/day included), bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (compulsory for business customers - 120€). 1 pet max. accepted on request (deposit 100€) - 10€/day.
