Gîte adjoining the owners' house (1 guest room on site), set in 1 ha of wooded parkland, 25 min from beaches and 2 steps from the renowned La Bretesche site (château, pond and golf course).
Private, unenclosed 900 m² garden with terrace. Table tennis, badminton available (shared). Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bathroom/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: bed 90x200), shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, Wifi, radio/CD, complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen, towels and electricity.
Not included: oil heating (meter), wood and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
Extra bed available.
Pets accepted with supplement (7€/day - deposit 100€).

L’année dernière nous avions indiqué que le Gîte du Chêne Vert « C’était comme chez soi »….
C’est toujours vrai, la preuve nous y sommes retournés cette année avec grand plaisir.
Nos hôtes sont toujours aussi charmants et empressés et leur très gentille chienne, Plume, également.

Amis du chêne vert, un grand merci pour savoir apprécier un travail de plus 20 ans maintenant. Toujours un plaisir d’accueillir des hôtes qui savent apprécier ce petit trou de verdure. Plume est en manque de vous……… au plaisir de vous recevoir une autre fois peut-être.
