Gîte adjoining the owners' house (1 guest room on site), set in 1 ha of wooded parkland, 25 min from beaches and 2 steps from the renowned La Bretesche site (château, pond and golf course).
Private, unenclosed 900 m² garden with terrace. Table tennis, badminton available (shared). Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), bathroom/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190, 2: bed 90x200), shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: freezer, Wifi, radio/CD, complete baby equipment.
Included: bed linen, towels and electricity.
Not included: oil heating (meter), wood and tourist tax. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (65€).
Extra bed available.
Pets accepted with supplement (7€/day - deposit 100€).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le magnifique gîte de Charlotte pour découvrir la Bretagne du sud.Il est au calme et très bien équipé. On s’y sent comme à la maison.

Evelyne bon séjour, lieu agréable
tranquille comme lieu de repos, quelques gênes par la 2 x 2 voies mais je suis habituées à la campagne et à l'absence de bruit.
Logement frais par les chaleurs que nous avons maintenant c'est agréable.- Cleanliness

Logement très agréable et très confortable. Vue très apaisante sur le parc arboré du domaine et localisation parfaite pour la région. A réserver les yeux fermés !

Keira Welcoming and comfortable stay at Charlotte's gite.
Charlotte was very welcoming and friendly and we had an excellent stay. The gite is very well equipped with everything you might need as well as space for parking for multiple cars. Just a problem with the drains was causing a strange smell but it wasn't a problem, and otherwise the gite was perfect.

Merci Keira pour votre message , votre séjour était trop court pour échanger comme j’aurai aimé.
Désolée pour le désagrément de l’odeur, il faut que je sois plus vigilante et plus prévenante concernant ce qu’il ne faut pas jeter dans les toilettes, lingettes, …….encore beaucoup d’éducation à faire sur le souci environnemental.
