Between Nantes (35 km) and Pornic (12 km) and 7km from the beaches, right in the heart of the village yet quiet (set back from the road), the gîte is the former bread oven of the local bakery. Tastefully renovated, it retains the charm of the past with all modern comforts.
Enclosed garden of 1000 m² with south-facing terrace of 40 m².
Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 140x190 bed, 3: 2 90x190 beds), bathroom (shower + bath) and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, cot/chair.
Included: electricity and bed linen (beds made).
Not included: gas heating (4€/night), bathroom linen and tourist tax, optional end-of-stay cleaning (110€).

Welcome to our family home, just a stone's throw from the Côté de Jade (South Brittany), with no opposite neighbours. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside right in the heart of the village. This old building once housed the bread oven for the local bakery, as well as the flour barns. As lovers of old stone, we spent 2 years renovating it to our taste, combining the charm of the past with modern-day comforts, so that it could become a welcoming family home. It is located between Nantes and Pornic and 7 km from the nearest seaside. Our gîte is the ideal base for exploring our beautiful region!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Les enfants ont bien profité de l'extérieur.
Même si je n'ai pas rencontré Anne-Laure il y a eu une bonne communication.

Laura Séjour à la campagne
Gîte à la fois moderne et traditionnel. Localisation excellente. Le gîte est très bien équipé avec un espace extérieur parfait pour les enfants.

Sarah Très bon séjour
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le gîte est très beau, très bien équipé et notamment pour les enfants. Le jardin est très agréable.
Il est également très bien situé à 10 minutes de Pornic et 30 minutes de Nantes.
