This single-storey gîte has been traditionally renovated in an old farm building (bread oven).
600 m² enclosed garden with trees, south-facing terrace and garden shed. Portico, sandpit and pétanque court available.
Living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: bed 140x190 with private shower room, 2: 2 beds 90x190, 3: 2 beds 90x190), shower room and separate WC. Additional equipment: wifi, freezer and complete baby equipment.
Electricity and electric heating included.
Not included: bed linen, towels and wood. Cleaning package mandatory for business customers (95€).
Pets: deposit 100€.

gite confortable , bien agencé ,situé dans un cadre pittoresque. nous y avons passé 5 nuits à 3 couples sans souci
visites à proximité (Pornic , Saint Brévin...) et balades à pied dans les chemins, village proche avec tous les services- Cleanliness

Concernant l’utilisation, je pense qu’il y a eu une incompréhension de la part de ma maman qui vous a accueilli. En effet, il est possible de l’utiliser. Je propose également du bois en option.

Christian Séjour agréable tant au gîte que dans la région
Le gîte est idéalement situé entre Nantes, Saint Nazaire, Pornic, Noirmoutier. On est bien loin d'avoir fait le tour de cette belle région.
