Charming gîte overlooking the owners' vineyard, located in a renovated old building, 15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson. Other 2-person gîte on site, totally independent. Private parking on the property.
Unenclosed grounds with terrace. Heated, covered 9x4 m pool (April to end of Sept.) shared with owners and other gîte. Portico, table tennis and boule nantaise available (shared with other gîte).
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 160x200, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, home cinema, washing machine, freezer and complete baby equipment.
All-inclusive: electric heating, bed linen, towels, wood.
Housekeeping option (60€). Tourist tax extra.

AC Un très agréable séjour! Nous sommes des habitués de gîtes et autres lgements de vacances, mais celui-là est vraiment top! 5 étoiles partout! LEs atouts: le calme, la propreté du gîte, le confort, l'ombre et bien sûr, la piscine chauffée! On reviendra, c'est certain!

Jean-Yves Quel beau domaine
Tout était qualitativement hors normes...l'intérieur, les équipements, l'extérieur avec la vue sur les vignes, la piscine, le Puy du Fou à une petite heure de route (exceptionnel)...et les hôtes, tellement charmants.

helene Le calme au milieu des vignes !
Propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux ! Beau gîte, très confortable et bien aménagé …. Terrasse qui donne sur les vignes de la propriété qui produit un excellent muscadet . Piscine chauffée couverte dans un bel environnement, un vrai lus …. Tout pour un séjour très agréable !! On recommande sans réserve

From first arriving we felt welcome. The location is perfect it is very quiet. I would highly recommend everything we needed was provided the rooms are spotless thank you for a great stay.
