14 km from Ancenis and 18 km from Nantes, in the center of the village of Le Cellier, overlooking the majestic Loire Valley, Clos St Martin is a former presbytery dating from 1840, set in 1 ha of meadows, woods and century-old cedars. TER station within walking distance in 7 min (center of Nantes in 15 min).
The gîte is the estate's independent former wine press, totally renovated using noble, ecological materials, with large wooden terrace and private 11x3.5 m swimming pool (according to time slots), heated from June to September, with counter-current swimming. Enclosed parking area and park.
Beauty and elegance have guided the design choices for this gîte.
Ground floor: living room (Norwegian stove - convertible) with open kitchen, laundry room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with views over the park and Loire Valley (1: 180x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 80x200 beds), bathroom (shower/bath) and separate WC.
Additional amenities: wifi, stereo, complete baby equipment, table tennis, easel for painters, 4 adult and children's bicycles, pétanque and badminton area.
All-inclusive: underfloor gas heating, electricity, wood, bed linen, towels, cleaning package.
Optional: bathrobe and pool towels (€15/pers.).

Sophie Le gîte, l’environnement et la piscine sont extrêmement agréable. Hôtes très sympa.
Gîte très agréable, très bien équipé, accueil parfait. Semaine avec des enfants qui n’avaient pas envie de quitter les lieux tant le cadre est agréable : la piscine, la table de ping-pong, la terrasse avec barbecue, le très joli parc , etc. y contribuent grandement. Nous avons bénéficié de précieux conseils pour profiter du coin : kayak, visites, restos, self-cueillette dans une ferme bio très sympa. Nous gardons la découverte de Nantes pour une prochaine fois puisque nous sommes partis avec l’envie de revenir !

We were welcomed very warmly by Bruno and his family and received a lot of information. The house was lovingly renovated and refurbished by the owner many years ago.

Sara C'est un gîte bien entretenu, beau et confortable avec une magnifique terrasse et un joli jardin.
Bruno et sa femme sont un couple très sympathique et amical, toujours prêts à donner des explications ou des conseils. Une semaine était en fait trop courte. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. Le gîte est équipé de tout le confort. Tout était net et propre. Pour nous, c'était vraiment un séjour luxueux. Nous avons profité du jardin et de tous les papillons (machaon), des abeilles, des bourdons, des salamandres, des moutons et du chien. Il y a aussi une attention particulière pour l'écologie. Nous avons aussi utilisé les vélos. Il y a beaucoup de promenades dans les environs et notre excursion à Nantes a également été un succès. Merci pour tout, Bruno et Cathérine.
