Le Clos des Chênes is a new bioclimatic house in a quiet location 15 km from the beaches at Pornic and 30 km from Nantes and St Nazaire.
Beautiful terrace overlooking the 500 m² enclosed exotic garden. Private parking on property.
Ground floor: bright 46 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, utility room, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 90x200 beds), shower room and separate toilet.
Facilities include: wifi, radio, baby chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, washing-up liquid, sponges, etc.) and electric car socket (supplement €5/night).
Includes: aerothermal heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
Not included: compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€80) and tourist tax.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte.
Bien-être assuré dans ce bel endroit spacieux, très lumineux et équipé au mieux : Wi-Fi très performante, télé XXL...
Plaisir des yeux aussi par une déco très réussie et un jardin exotique rare dans nos contrées.
